Distinktive Design (“we”) is based in Sussex. This notice explains how we handle personal data submitted through this website.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you provide (name, email, phone, company, website, budget and message) together with your IP address for spam prevention.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests and, where relevant, steps prior to entering a contract. We never sell your data.

Where it’s stored

Enquiries are stored securely in our database (hosted by Supabase) and emails are sent via Resend. We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months unless you become a client.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing us. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
